I have contacted this owner 3 times now about this situation and the only response I have gotten was "I delivered the goods so I do not understand what you are saying."
When I checked this product out through the Esty app I ordered 2 other things, both of which came to the right address, for whatever reason this order defaulted to my old address and was delivered there instead (3weeks after I ordered it). I then asked if a replacement could be sent since I will not be getting what I ordered from my previous address as US mail doesn't forward packages. The only response I was given was "I don't understand what you mean" all I am asking for is what I ordered and paid for to be sent to the right address.
Terrible customer service.
