Shipping Procedures All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail Customer is responsible for published shipping cost. Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days. Custom orders will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
Large international shipments need special arrangements for shipping & determination of cost. International orders of small to moderate size are shipped International Express unless specified otherwise. US postal international orders have a $7.50 customs document/trip fee.
Damaged shipments: On all current accounts, all shipments are insured.
Order Correction: If you wish to make an order correction we prefer that you call us to ensure the change is made timely. If you send an email, be sure to put "order correction" in the subject and also reference the web order number.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and Exchanges: Returns only on non-cosmetic items must be sent back within a week of shipment, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25 % restocking fee. This means shipping costs and 10% of order is paid by you.
If there is are other issues with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or damage. We will remedy any errors immediately, free of cost to you. We do not accept returns on cosmetics,soap, skincare or perfumes. We suggest ordering samples or our trial sets, if you are a new customer who is unsure of what products you like. Exchanges are not offered.
All cosmetic/perfume sales are final. I offer trial sample sets for those who wish to try before purchasing a full size product.
All items are insured, if damaged and a new item can be shipped if damages occur. Any items returned or rejected when delivered will be charged a restocking fee and shipping.
All products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality control. As a professional chemist, I have tested all products with full spectrum microbiological testing, antimicrobial effectiveness testing, challenge testing and stability testing. I retain lot sample batches for 3 years.
Samples: I can include up to 3 free samples of most products with a paid order.

You may order additional smaller samples and price will be calculated by product volume.
