Is your address current? Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not, and I am unable to contact you, I will send items to the address provided by ETSY. Fancy That Loved can not be held responsible for mail delays or orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once we place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS or International Post.
All orders all packed with special care with lots of attention given to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition. We cannot be responsible for any damages or lost items caused by USPS.
Shipping fees include packaging materials, envelopes, postage, etc.
INTERNATIONAL Customers: Shipping time frame varies depending where you are. Please keep in mind that no tracking is available on International 1st Class Mail unless it's Global Express.
Buyers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, duties, and custom charges that are associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders may not be marked as "gift".
Please do note however, we are only able to provide email confirmation that your item has shipped.
We can not be responsible for lost packages or delays caused during Custom Inspection or Postal carrier error.
Please be aware, all custom fees and any duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all unexpected customs charges. Customs charges are not included in your shipping cost. It is up to you - the buyer to check on these fees. **Note: I try my very best to ship orders out as soon as possible but please understand that once the package leaves my hands, I can't do anything about it. It may take as fast 2 days to 4 weeks depending on its destination.
Unfortunately due to a high rate of delayed and lost packages we are no longer shipping to France, unless you are a previous customer with no delivery issues. If you are located and France and still order from our shop we will have to cancel your order as we cannot take on any more loss from shipping to that country at this time. This does not apply to digital PRINTABLES orders since these items are not shipped. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience as we did not come to this decision lightly.
CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
FIRST CLASS MAIL All orders are shipped first class mail, unless they weigh over 13 ounces. First class mail can vary 3 to 10+ business days. There is no guarantee on delivery dates for first class mail.
International orders are sent first class mail and shipping times vary depending on your countries delivery system and how long it takes to go through customs. We cannot guarantee the shipping time frame with any international order. Order at your own risk.
Some countries can take a month or more. Canada and Australia seem to get things sooner from what we hear back from customers. Brazil can take 2-3 months. If you need items fast international priority mail mail be available however we can not say how long it may take for delivery and additional charges apply. You must contact us BEFORE ordering if you want International Priority Mail.
Tracking is not available on first class or priority international orders and delivery time frames are out of our control. International orders may have a duty that is due when your order arrives depending on the country. That is your responsibility. We have no control over who may be charged a duty tax and what that might be. Orders get marked "merchandise" on the customs form.
♥ I accept PayPal or credit cards. Purchases will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the sale will be canceled.
If PayPal payment is not possible, just click the PayPal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.
Note: orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of packaged received.
