Our Vinyl is the best quality available. The vinyl used for Charlotte's glass block was gloss. It is NOT for Walls. If you want a vinyl that CAN go on walls and looks hand painted order Matte. Convo me if you want to see a Matte Color Chart.

Vinyl decals are easy to remove but once they are removed they can not be reapplied..

There are orders AHEAD of your order...Especially around the Holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's) Your order will take anywhere from 7-9 days to be made. It then will be SHIPPED and you will receive your order 4-7 Business Days (M-F) after that...(PROBABLY SOONER).***Depending on Wedding Season, Christmas, or Quantity of an Order.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If there is a problem with your order...Contact us ASAP. Usually we can take care of any problem very quickly (if we have made an error of some kind.) We can immediately ship you out a new one (without any charge too you).

If however, it is the result of a customer NOT Reading the Description of the Item (Size, Color, How to Order, Letters for Monograms, wrong address & our Policies, etc.) of santasgiftshoppe no refund or replacement will be made. The customer will have to purchase a new order for it.

If a refund or exchange (depending on the circumstances) is needed it will be within 7 business days of receiving the product back in the same condition it left our store in.

1. When will my item be shipped?
On average items are shipped 7-9 business days (M-F) after payment has been received..(during the holidays..longer) Then however long it takes the USPS to deliver it to you. I do not work on holidays or Sundays. Also see santasgiftshoppe "Policies" section.

2. When will my item be delivered?
Delivery time is different than shipping time (see #1 above). Item delivery times vary depending on applicable postal service in your city, and from state to state. I have no control over how long the mail takes to get to you.

3. Why haven't I received my item yet? Did you CONFIRM your address? Do we have the CORRECT address for where you want it shipped? The Postal Service takes longer to deliver to most places than even a yr ago because of cutbacks, layoffs & closing of Postal Offices across the nation.

4. How can I speed up the order process?
A lot of days are lost because of needed info. NOT in "Notes to Seller" at check out.******PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION in LISTING and give ALL NEEDED information in "NOTES to SELLER at CHECKOUT" to save delays through emails back & forth and waiting for information needed. (more below)

A) Please Tell Us Specific Color(s), Font (writing style) type, and Personalization (such as name, date, etc.) IN THE MESSAGE TO SELLER at CHECKOUT so we do not have to waste valuable time in emailing back & forth.
B) Carefully Read the Item Description to determine what information is needed to personalize; (CUT and PASTE the INFO if you have to...in to Message to Seller at Check-out)
C) Review shoppe "Policies" section.

5. Do I have to create a custom order to personalize an item?
No. Select your item from the posted products and indicate in "NOTES to Seller" personalization request(s) (see above #3 FAQ). It is Not Necessary to email additional personalization information which Lengthens Order Process Time.

6. Can you make a Decal bigger than approx. 10.25" x 11.5"?
At this time this is the largest size we make.

7. How come it takes a few days sometimes to get a reply to an email?
Because of the amount of emails santasgiftshoppe receives each day it is sometimes impossible to get right back to you. Emails take hours to do and take precious time away from getting orders to customers.
****Most times Emails are not necessary. FAQ can answer a lot of the questions asked in Emails.

8. Why is the cost of shipping more than the postage paid?
Shipping and handling includes some, or all of the following:
-Postage/Shipping product(s) to your home
-Time spent sizing, and preparing products to be packaged.
-Packaging materials to ship/stabilize products to prevent damage

9. How do I rectify an incorrect order?
Contact santasgiftshoppe as soon as possible with necessary details. Usually any problem can be taken care of very quickly to the customers satisfaction.
