I package in a padded envelope or box and way too much bubble wrap and I mail using Australia Post. Australian orders take 2 to 3 days and International orders take 5 to 12 days to reach you on average. But sometimes it can take up to 28 days.
If you require insurance, this is an additional cost.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Immediate payment is expected at checkout. I accept payment by paypal. You can use your credit card on paypal and it is a secure method of payment. Neither your credit card details nor any other personal information is not disclosed to me. Your goods will be shipped within three working days of payment clearing.
Returns & exchanges
Please be informed that some signs of wear and age are to be expected in all vintage items. Cracks, chips, tarnish, fading, and scratches are part of the unique look. I am very clear about all faults up front so you can make an informed decision. I love vintage because it is flawed! If you need more pics or more information please convo me. All sales are final.
The Australia Post number I give you when I have posted your item is a customs number which is physically on the customs form on your parcel. It gets recorded by Australia Post when I post it and then recorded in your home country postal system when it arrives. It is NOT accessible online to track. You need to take the number physically into your local post office and ask them to find it. Very occasionally parcels take longer than 3 weeks to the Americas and Europe.
