Shipped on time, however when I pulled them out of the envelope, they were packed in bubble wrap one on top of the other, and had spilled so much I couldn't even see the products through the bbl wrap. I opened it over the sink yet still got it everywhere. The instructions which were on the outside of the jars are ruined. Both jars are only about 1/2 full due to spill. I cleaned them up really good and noticed the lids are not really meant to hold in liquid. They are more like air tight containers. So you can't tip them, they will spill. One jar says shake before use. No way! What a mess. I wanted to try it out so bad, so I decided not to return. It's very thin, so how long does it take to cure? I could sure use those directions right about now.
