This pattern measures stitches 125 X 108 stitches :)
This adorable pattern includes two PDFs. The first is an eight page pattern, a picture of the project, a dmc legend, then an enlarge two page pattern in both color, and black and white (hint, the bw pattern is great for seeing where the back stitches are) and a full sheet in both black and white, and color perfect for viewing on a tablet :)
The second PDF is general tips and suggestions to help your project turn out awesome! ***New extra large version in black and white and color for easier viewing! How Big Will Your Project Be, and What Type of Cloth???
The most common type of cloth to stitch on is Aida Cloth. Beginners should use a lower count cloth, as it is easier to see your stitches.
A lower count cloth means that your stitches will be larger than a higher count cloth.. It will also determine how big your finished project will be.
Calculate how large your project will be by dividing the height and width of your project in stitches, by the count of fabric you wish to use. Remember to add a couple or more inches around your fabric where you won't be stitching..
In general the 'count' of fabric you use is how many stitches you will get per inch. For example 14 count Aida Cloth, means you will get 14 stitches per inch, 11 count means you will get 11 stitches per inch :)
