This is a digital file
A few years ago I was in a 1/2 composite grade. Old portable, a tad dingey, you know the drill.
It had been freshly painted so I had that advantage, but had been left with old 80's noticeboards with aluminium edging.
My classroom needed SOMETHING!
I decided that all kids like bright colours and a classroom that is engaging, and then started fiddling with stars.
And so, this star border was born.
Because I had such a dodgy noticeboard, I also stapled some lovely royal blue opaque organza to the board prior to putting up the border.
Upon purchasing this listing, you will gain access to an instant digital download file containing a PDF with one copy of this border. It is best attached to a noticeboard via Velcro dots or staple gun. The border repeats itself, so your best bet is to measure the board/door/window/wall that you wish to embellish and then print the correct amount. When I first used it, I printed it on 200GSM card in colour, cut out around the star points at the top (was a bit time consuming, but I am a sucker for perfection) and then laminated the pieces before using a staple gun to attach them to the wall (I would have preferred to use Velcro dots, but there was nothing fluffy for them to stick on to!)
I would recommend this border for any grades I think, you could create some type of pun to do with stars (the stars of 5/6A, here at 3/4E, we reach for the stars! you get the idea).
