Orders typically ship 1-4 business days after a cleared payment. On our current schedule, we do not ship on Wednesdays or weekends. We ship via USPS First Class Mail. A message with tracking information (if available) is sent when we ship orders - please check your junk mail if you do not receive this message in your inbox. Tracking information can also be viewed by accessing your invoice through Etsy.
We do ship internationally. However, full tracking is only offered to a select number of countries through USPS. First Class shipping generally takes 2-5 weeks but on occasion may take longer if packages are held at customs. Priority shipping is available for faster shipments. Shipping upgrades can be purchased during checkout.
***International customers - Please familiarize yourself with your country's import laws and limits and understand that packages over that limit will be charged duty taxes. Buyers are responsible for paying any import taxes imposed by their country. By default, we do not attach a customs invoice to your package. If this is something that you require, please make sure to request an invoice at the time of purchase. You may request the invoice by leaving a note to seller with your order.
Orders over $75 before shipping may include insurance free of charge. If your order is under $75 before shipping and would like to purchase insurance please contact us. Thanks!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and Exchanges - We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't satisfied with your supplies please contact us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. If the items are being returned due to customer preference (not defective), shipping and insurance will not be refunded.
All items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued once returned items are received.
Please double check your order when you receive it and notify us with any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.
In the event of a lost or missing package:
If you need our assistance with a lost/missing package, please follow these steps before contacting us:
1) Verify your address is correct on the order. 2) Double check with family, friends, roommates, neighbors, etc... to see if they received the package on your behalf. 3) Speak to your local USPS office regarding the lost package (International Customers please speak to your local customs office instead). 4) Speak directly to your local mail carrier regarding the package. They will often know where the package was left if it was in fact delivered.
Once you have this information, we will be more than happy to assess if there is something further we can do for you.
Please give us a chance to correct any problems you may have before you leave neutral or negative feedback.
Orders shipped to Utah addresses will be charged 6.85% sales tax.
Please note: Small items like earnuts and posts are measured by weight. We try to be very accurate in our measurements but sets including 100 pieces or more may be off in count by 1 or 2 pieces.
