WORLD - for EU and world destinations the sendings are made with Fedex World (2 in 6 days according to destination) for the express service and with tracking paquet (7 in 15 days according to destination) for the economic mode. A tracking number will be accompanied with the e-mail of validation of order.
RETURN - In case of non-reception and if you are responsible (erroneous address, exceeded deadlines) you will have to settle expenses of return and we take care of the expenses of forwardings.
CUSTOMS - certain countries can ask you for additional customs charges. Thank you for informing you with your mail service.
We accept payments by Paypal, Payment card and bank transfer. For the bank transfers, the order will be sent from reception of the payment.
Returns & exchanges
