Your order will ship to the ETSY delivery address. Please ensure it is correct or you need to notify me within 24 hours of the correct address. Convo or email contact is fine.
US Shipping: I usually ship the day after receiving the order unless that is on a Sunday. Items will be suitably wrapped and placed shipped USPS, best way.
I reserve the right to increase shipping costs based on current postal rates.
If a customer desires insurance on the shipment additional charges will apply. Please state in the message box if insurance is desired and I will inform the customer of the cost prior to shipment.
INTERNATIONAL I will ship to international destinations, however all custom and increased shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Value will be declared at the purchase value of the item/s.
Pay however is most convenient for you.
Cancellations must occur within 24 HOURS of the original purchase time.

Additional return information
My goal is 100% happy customers. That is why I guarentee satisfaction on any item. Any and all creations purchased from Jewels by Jan which do not meet your expectations can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt of the item.
I accept returns minus the shipping cost as it is a sunk cost and the fees charged to my shop by ETSY for the sale and restock fee. These amounts will be communicated to the returnee as soon as I can.
HOWEVER, JBYJ is not responsible for damage caused during the shipping process.
Additionally no refund will be given on any item looking like it has been worn.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

ALL CUSTOMERS: With all the above said, sometimes a jewelry item is too short, long, etc. If that is the case, please convo/email me and we will work something out. Usually I charge $20 to restring or resize an item. In this case, all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Special and Customer orders are always welcome. All custom orders are to be paid in full on the order date. There are no refunds on custom orders. Lead times will be variable based on the design and availability of materials.
