All items are shipped within 3-5 business days; once payment is received. Business days are Monday thru Friday. All packages mailed in the US and internationally are mailed via First Class mail thru the USPS. You may upgrade to Priority (2-3 days) or Express(1-2 days) for an additional charge. Once the package has been dropped of at the post office office it becomes the responsibility of the USPS and I have no control over shipping/delivery times. Jessica J. Creates is not liable for any missing/lost or stolen packages.
USPS Priority Mail is estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days, however it is not guaranteed and Jessica J. Creates will not issue any refunds if the post office fails to deliver the package within it’s stated time frame.
**International orders cannot be tracked via the USPS once they leave US customs and enter your country. So, there will be no way to track your package once it has been shipped and if your package is lost during shipping, Jessica J. Creates will not be held responsible as this information has been provided to you here in the shop policies, prior to shipping/purchase and no refunds/exchanges will be issued. Please note that international first-class shipping can take anywhere from 7-35 days to arrive at your destination.
Non-US customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and custom fees assigned by your customs agent/postal service. Jessica J. Creates is not responsible for any fees required to claim a package once it has left our local post office.
I ship using the the shipment address you provided with your Etsy purchase. Please make sure this is the correct address. If I have to verify with you via email it could delay your package being shipped in a timely manner.
I only accept PayPal and credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Please select the PayPal option at checkout, underneath the PayPal login will be a link to pay with a credit card. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you have any special requests. Returns & exchanges
There are no refunds on custom orders or special occasion items. Please note that refunds will only be issued once I receive the returned item back. No shipping fees will be refunded. Items must be returned in original condition. Any damaged or used items cannot be returned. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.
