Thank you very much for stopping by to see this wonderful 23 inch black folk art doll Miss Violet and her pet lamb.
This pattern will make both dolls. They are both made with distressed muslin fabric. Violet is painted and sanded for an aged look. She wears a long dress made with gingham homespun or fabric you choose. She wears a stained muslin apron and a matching head scarf. Her face will have a needle sculpted nose and stitched mouth . Her eyes are painted with artist pencils. She has black wool needle felted or stitched to her head.
Pattern instructions are included for making her pantaloons with tea dyed muslin fabric.
Her little sheep has wool needle felted to his body. His face and ears are painted with acrylic paint. He has twig legs and is so cute and easy to make.
My patterns will have a list of required supplies and detailed instructions with drawings and templates needed to make dolls as shown in photos.
