Shipping Methods: We use USPS (First Class Mail) to ship all of our items. We take pride in shipping our items in padded envelopes or boxes as applicable. We use delivery confirmation on all of our items so we know when our item has arrived safely at its new home. We make every effort to ship purchased items within 1-3 business days of receipt of cleared payment.
Note: We do not ship on the weekends or US Holidays.
Shipping labels are processed directly through Etsy's Shipping Label Service or other means. Your items will ship to the address associated with your Etsy account. Please make sure that your address is correct at the time of checkout. If you notice a discrepancy in your address please contact me as soon as possible.
Tracking numbers can be found in your receipts after your order ships.
All shipping charges are stated on each item. We do offer discounted shipping charges when more than 1 item is purchased. This is also stated and will be applied at time of check out. All our shipping charges include: actual shipping charges, delivery confirmation & shipping supplies to ship your items.
Payment Methods: PayPal: We are more than happy to accept PayPal payments. If you are using PayPal, please be aware that we ONLY ship to the address provided with the PayPal payment. Please do not ask us to ship to a different address.
Etsy payment or Gift Card payment: We are more than happy to accept Etsy payments and gift card payments. If you are using Etsy please be aware that we ONLY ship to the address provided with the Etsy payment. Please do not ask us to ship to a different address.
Note: Etsy accepts most credit cards and will deal with the money transfer through PayPal, or through Direct Checkout, both of which offer secured connections. Please make sure you select your desired payment option when checking out.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refund/Return Policy: We want to ensure all of our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back and refund your purchase price less the shipping costs. We offer refunds within 5 days of the arrival of the item you purchased. This means you will need to contact us within 5 days of the delivery. We use delivery confirmation on all our items so that we know when items arrive safely in their new homes.
Note: When retuning an item, it needs to be returned EXACTLY as shipped (unopened and original packaging, unused). After the item is returned, we will refund the price of the item ONLY but not shipping or handling charges.
