LOST PACKAGE & INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS POLICY
If your package is taking longer than usual to be received, your tracking number does not update, or the tracking indicates that the package is delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us via the Etsy messaging system and we will investigate the issue and work with you to retrieve it or send a replacement.

If your package was marked as "insufficient address", "addressee unknown", unable to deliver as address" or any notes of this nature from USPS and it returned to our warehouse we will notify you via the Etsy messaging system. We will ask for an updated address and require you to pay for the shipping fees to resend the package or we can issue a full refund.



DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
If you receive a damaged package or the product is defective in any way, please contact us via the Etsy messaging system and we will work with you to replace the item(s). If the item(s) is defective or damaged, they do not need to be sent back to us.

In order to process any replacement packages for damaged or defective goods, we require photo proof of any damages or defects. Please attach photos to your message to us for expedited replacement processing time.
