Orders received by 2pm PT of any business day (Monday thru Friday) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm PT are shipped the following business day. We always process and ship out orders the same or next business day via USPS First class if the package is under 14 ounces, for the packages over 14 ounces we will ship via USPS priority, both shipping methods will be provided with tracking number when we ship out your orders, most of the time your order will get to you within 7 business days.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with or don't like the items you receive, we are proud to accept a return on any product in resalable condition for a full thirty days from the day you receive the package. Any merchandise found to be defective should be returned within 10 days of its receipt, please contact us for a pre-paid return label. Please be sure to include a description of the defect with any return. Once we receive the return, a full refund will be issued immediately, and the fund will be posted on your account within two business days.
HOW TO RETURN
All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped back to us. To obtain an RMA, please contact us, you will receive a response within 12 hours with further instructions.
