I will ship to the address listed on the order unless a different address is specified in the notes. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct during the purchasing process. Refunds will not be issued to customers ordering with an incorrect address unless the parcel is returned, in which case a partial refund will be issued for the amount of the order but not including shipping fees.
Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business day of purchase. You will receive a confirmation message when your purchase has been shipped and your order will be marked "shipped" through the Etsy account information tool. Whenever possible, a tracking number will be provided.

All items ship via US Postal Service parcel post, first class, priority mail or media mail (depending upon the type of item(s) purchased) and will be packaged with care.
Please note that for international orders, the US Postal Service will sometimes be unable to track your package once it has left the United States.
Buyers outside of the U.S. are responsible for paying any VAT, Customs Duty, Excise Duty or other taxes and fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers may cancel an order at any point until the item has been shipped. After item has been shipped, customer must not open the parcel and must write "Refused" and/or "Return to sender" on the package. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q1) What is in the scrapbook ephemera grab bag? A1) The content of each bag varies, though I put them together in batches so bags that have been stuffed in the same batch will have a similar collection of items.
I started the grab bags as a way to de-stash some of my ridiculously huge, out of control scrapbook supply (collection). Over the course of the past several years, I have kept the grab bags in mind as I shopped at flea markets, garage sales and wholesale markets in order to provide greater variety to my customers.
In short, it's tough to say exactly what you may receive, but there is typically a nice stack of 4x6 or 5x7 papers (usually 5-12 pieces), some die cuts either from paper or cardstock, several types of stickers, a ribbon or thread of some sort, buttons, tickets, board game money and pieces, small embellishments, postcards, doilies, sometimes fabric, letter stickers, and random sized paper pieces.
