This adult slipper pattern is crocheted with 3 strands of yarn throughout. This helps them stand tall and provides a nice padded sole.
This pattern can be made as shown, solid one color or as you choose. You be the creator :) The pair in the picture is the 10" size and took 10.5 ounces (295 grams) of yarn total. I used Red Heart Super Saver, I find it very washable and durable.
This is made with 3 strands of each color of yarn. You will need 2 or 3 skeins of yellow and 2 or 3 skeins of black 4 ply yarn. If you want you can use them using both ends of the yarn. But be warned it will twist together some and need unwound from time to time :)
There are instructions and pictures. This is for an intermediate crocheter. A beginner should be able to do it with using some basic crochet instructions on the side.
This pattern will fit someone with 10" to 12" feet. I have try doing things by sizes, but inches work better. It seems sizes vary alot from manufacturer to manufacturer and country to country.
