AMERICAN RIBBBONS Afghan PDF Digital Crochet PATTERN. Intermediate Skill Level
Sharon Maddox designed the Oklahoma Ribbons afghan pattern in 1995 to honor the victims and survivors of the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City. The pattern was made available through her church, 40 patterns were sold, and all the money from the sales was given to a young boy who was orphaned when his mother was killed in the bombing.
In 2001, AMERICAN RIBBONS was copied from the original pattern to honor & remember the victims & survivors of 9/11.
This pattern is available again, to honor our fallen heroes around the world, and continue to help the families affected by such horrific acts.
This is my copyrighted pattern. Please do not copy the pattern for resale. You may sell items you make using this pattern. Please give credit for the pattern source.
