Items that are ready to ship will ship within 1-3 business days depending on the day the order is placed. If you need an order shipped right away please message me and I will do my best to ship it that day or the following day. All items will include delivery confirmation.

All items ship via first class mail and come with a tracking number. If you wish to have your items ship via priority mail you are responsible to purchase the upgrade fee and to leave me a note letting me know you wish to have the upgrade.

Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks, depending on the time it takes to receive the materials, as well as the size of the order. If you need the item sooner please message me before placing the order to make sure it is possible to receive it by the date needed and to make sure that a rush fee is applied to your order.

If you wish to have insurance on your items it is our responsibility to inform me so we can add the listing to you order. Only Priority Mail comes with automatic insurance.


We currently accept pay pal,credit cards and debit cards via direct check out with Etsy only.

All custom orders must be paid in full prior to any supplies being ordered and before I begin making the item. I do not ship any items until payment is received and has cleared/posted. This is to ensure that the payment has been submitted correctly and that there are no errors.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If the item is damaged in the shipping process please do not hesitate to message me and I will fix the problem.

All custom orders are non-refundable. These items are specific to you and can not be resold.

Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled as I package them in the order they are received and ship as soon as possible and the order is likely already on it's way to the post office and making it's way to you.

Additional policies

All tutus are placed on an elastic waist, unless otherwise stated. If you would like another option please message me to make sure it will be done. If you would like custom colors please message me prior to checkout, what you purchase is what I will ship so please make sure you make any color changes prior to checkout.
