FOR INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) ORDERS, the buyer takes all responsibility for customs fees or taxes for items delivered. In addition, please be aware that international delivery may take 3-4 weeks, and sometimes up to 8 weeks, for delivery due to customs. Please be patient and wait a week after estimated arrival times before contacting me regarding the whereabouts of your order.

Payment must be sent in full before I send or start work on your item. If you have failed to pay within 5 days, your order and transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed if applicable.
Texas sales tax will apply to residents of the state of Texas.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
CANCELLATION: Order cancellation and full refunds may only be processed before the order has shipped.
REPLACEMENT: I will replace or refund damaged or defunct items from structural or craftsmanship errors within the first week of arrival with photographic proof only. Items that are not tracked or insured that are damaged or lost during shipping are not my responsibility. Contact me to purchase insurance if you are worried about your package being lost or damaged during transit.
EXCHANGES: If an item you receive does not fit you or the person it was given to, I will be willing to do an exchange only if you pay for reshipment.
If you are dissatisfied with your item, commission, or order, let me know and I can work with you to do an exchange or redo with your received item!

POLYMER CLAY CHARM CARE • Do not get wet or expose to water for extended periods of time. • Do not wash with soap. • Store in a cool, dry place where it will be safe from being crushed or mishandled. Items are made for show, not durability, though some thin parts are reinforced with wire or metal inside. • Small parts are a choking hazard; keep away from small children.
