{TURNAROUND TIME} Current production time is 7 to 10 business days on ALL items. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including holidays. When counting production days, business day 1 counts as the first day AFTER the order is received), plus allow time for shipping (which is usually 2-5 days via USPS first class or priority shipping). If you need an item by a specific date or holiday, PLEASE message me - please do not just assume that you will get your order in time. Please note that an additional rush fee may be applied.

{RUSH ORDERS} If you need an order before my current turnaround time, which is noted above, please send me a message BEFORE purchasing. Please do not just put the date needed under the instructions to seller section at checkout. Rush dates are NOT valid unless you receive a response from me verifying that I can deliver your product on the requested date that falls before the current turnaround. To be fair to all my customers, orders are processed in the order they are received UNLESS it is a rush order. If you require a RUSH order and pay the extra fee, this is what happens: Your order is put at the top of my design, production, and shipping list. RUSH options are not always available. It depends on several factors if I can make your requested timeline which is why I require you contacting me FIRST before an order is placed. My RUSH fee is 20% of the selling price of the item OR $5.00 (whichever is greater) and means that your order will ship within 3 business days (assuming the item is in stock and does not have to be ordered).

{SHIPPING ADDRESS} Your order will be sent to the address that is entered at checkout, so please double check this. If you would like your package mailed elsewhere, please let me know when you complete your transaction. Once a package is mailed, I am unable to change the shipping address.

{SHIPPING CARRIERS AND TRANSIENT TIME} My items will be shipped primarily with USPS First-Class and USPS Priority mail. I try to keep my shipping prices very reasonable – I hate paying high shipping charges as much as you do! Please note that I do not make money on shipping - shipping charges are set based on information found at For larger orders with heavier items, I primarily ship using UPS ground. USPS First-Class generally delivers within 2-5 business days, USPS Priority mail generally delivers within 2-3 business days, and UPS Ground generally delivers within 4 business days. I am not responsible for increased shipping times and “hiccups” in shipping times due to issues with the USPS or UPS(weather conditions, mail strikes, etc.). If you need something sent overnight with express mail, please contact me BEFORE placing an order. For all packages weighing less than 13 ounces, USPS First Class postage is used. For all packages weighing more than 14 ounces, USPS Priority Mail postage will be used. Contact me if you want to know the shipping service used on your order.

{TRACKING INFO & INSURANCE} When your item is shipped, you will receive an email (sent to the email address on file with your Etsy account) letting you know your package has shipped as well as tracking information. Shipping charges** now include delivery confirmation and tracking, as well as insurance. Insurance protects your package against loss or damage.
**Car monograms and decals are shipped in a standard envelope and DO NOT include insurance.

{LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES} If you do not receive your package within 7 DAYS of receiving an email letting you know your package has shipped, please message me ASAP! Also, if you receive a package that has damaged items, please notify me within 7 DAYS of when your package was delivered so that an insurance claim can be filed. Replacement items will be sent to you once the insurance claim is approved. If you DO NOT notify me within 7 DAYS of when your package was delivered, Dear Doodlez Designs will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

{SHIPPING BOXES} All items will be packaged securely and safely to protect items during transient. Please note that from time to time, we may reuse shipping boxes. This saves us money on shipping supplies, which in turn helps to keep our prices low and save you money! Your order may be shipped in a recycled box. In doing our part for the environment, we use recycled boxes and packing materials whenever possible.

{INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING} At this time, we only ship to the US.

{ALASKA & HAWAII} Additional shipping charges may apply for packages shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Once shipping is figured, an invoice will be sent to you and must be paid before the order will be mailed.


{PAYMENTS} I take payments through Etsy direct checkout and Paypal. Please complete payment within 3 days of your purchase. Please note that if you pay with an e-check through paypal there is a 3-5 day waiting period before your order can begin the production process, so be sure to add that time to the turnaround time noted on my shop’s page. Your order will not begin to be processed and production started until payment is received AND cleared.

{PRIVACY} Please be assured that I will never see any of your private financial information when you pay using Etsy or Paypal. If you need help with the checkout process, please message me and I will be more than happy to assist you.

{CANCELLATION POLICY} If you need to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP. I do allow cancellations ONLY IF production has NOT begun on your order. Please note that your entire purchase amount (item amount + shipping) will be refunded, minus $1.00 (the $1.00 fee covers fees that my shop has to pay to Etsy/Paypal when refunding an order).

Returns & exchanges

{RETURNS & REFUNDS} Dear Doodlez Designs wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 5 DAYS of receiving the order. Please DO NOT leave me neutral or negative feedback to let me know of your dissatisfaction with your order. I will do everything I can to be sure you are satisfied with your order, however, please note that we do not accept returns and/or refunds. If you'd like, I will send you an email with a picture of your item prior to me mailing it to you so that I can be sure that the item is to your liking – just ask! Again, NO returns/refunds allowed.

{MY MISTAKE} I double check each order before shipping, but please realize that I am human and I do occasionally make mistakes. If I have made a mistake on your order, please contact me within 5 DAYS of receiving your order so that I can make it right!

You will also receive an email from the shipping insurance company and be asked to complete a buyer affidavit form to verify that the package was indeed damaged. You cooperation is greatly appreciated!

{ORDER DETAILS} When checking out, please make sure to leave me all the details so that I can design your order just the way you want it! Make sure to leave: font style, vinyl color for name/monogram, polka dot colors, and design choice. Also make sure your spellings are correct. If you do not leave the neccesary design details, the item will be designed either using the sample design provided in the picture or from my own choosing! I will try to contact you to get the necessary information, but please note that this will only DELAY YOUR ORDER!

*Female: provide initials in this order: first LAST middle. (example: for Jane Suzanne Doe, please write jDs.)
*Male: the most common monogram style is block with his initials in the correct order FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST (example: for Robert Smith Doe, please write RSD)
*Couple: for a couple's monogram, it is correct to put the female's name first, couple's last name larger in the middle, and the male's first name on the end. (example: for Robert and Jane Doe, please write jDr)

{SAFETY} Due to small parts that may be a part of some of our items, our items are not suitable for small children. Please supervise children appropriately when using our tumblers, etc.

{HANDWASHING} Since we personalize all our items with custom cut adhesive vinyl, please hand wash all our items. Also, do not place in the microwave or dishwasher.

{STICKERS??} We personalize all our items with high quality custom cut permanent adhesive vinyl. The vinyl is NOT a sticker. Just wanted to clarify this. Thanks for understanding!

{PROFANITY} My Christian faith is very important to me, so please understand that I will not put any type of profanity or vulgar wording on items that I personalize.

{VARIATIONS} Each item in my shop is hand crafted, so please understand that there may be slight variations in the item you receive when compared to the item shown in the description (for example, you may have a few less or a few more polka dots than the item shown in the listing; polka dot placement may be different, etc).
