All vinyl decals are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. First-Class Mail (in the U.S.) usually takes 2-5 days to arrive except around the holidays when the mail gets backed up. All items will be shipped with a tracking number that will be sent to you upon shipping.

All etched glass items are automatically shipped via Priority Mail and will have a tracking number sent to you upon shipping.

Seller cannot be held responsible for orders not arriving in the amount of time the USPS estimates. Seller will help file claims with USPS if needed. Order early to ensure your item(s) arrive when you need them.

If a package is returned to the seller due to a buyer's mistake and needs to be re-shipped, the buyer will need to pay the additional shipping fee.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. Please also note that international shipments can take longer than estimated time due to delays in each country’s customs and/ or postal service.

Additional return information
Due to the nature of the items we sell, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

In the event that your items arrive damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged items inside the bubble wrap inside the box to be eligible for a free replacement.

If you receive an item that was made in error, please send a photograph along with a description of the item that was incorrect and we will mail you a replacement. If the error was due to a mistake on the buyer's part, these items can be purchased again, but will not be replaced free of charge.

Should you place an order and neglect to inform seller of personalization request, the seller will send you a message. If you fail to respond after multiple attempts at contact, the seller will cancel the order without refund.
