THANKYOU. International delivery will be underway within 3 days of confirmed purchase. Generally we find regular airmail is fine and we have insurance up to $250 in place. If you require more coverage then delivery will have to be done by international courier and will entail extra costs for courier plus insurance. Contact us for these if necessary. Local delivery in New Zealand is by courier post signature required and is usually delivered within 2 days of being sent. *****NOTE that any customs duties, fees etc. incurred in your country upon arrival, are outside of our control. In order to get insurance coverage if parcel is lost, we have to declare full value. If this is a problem then we can try and fit into your requirements but this will be done completely at buyers risk and no refunds or replacements will be supplied.
We prefer payment by Paypal please. New Zealand only buyers please note that we have to add 15% GST to all purchases. HOWEVER, due to the intricacies of international payments and Etsy requirements, the GST AMOUNT WILL NOT SHOW WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. This means GST will need to be paid separately. We will contact you and provide details and you can make a direct credit deposit to our bank after the fact. We are a GST registered business and you will receive a GST invoice with your purchase. Non New Zealand buyers carry on as per normal since there are no extra taxes included in your buy price.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds within 3 weeks of delivery are available if goods do not meet your expectations. Goods will need to be returned to us in original condition and postage charges can not be refunded.
We guarantee that everything we sell is as described and do our best to be accurate, honest and provide full disclosure. Please be aware that we do not disclose all treatments on stones since you would probably fall into a deep sleep into the first chapter!!! Suffice it to say people have written entire books on the subject. Standard and accepted industry treatments are not disclosed.
