A fun little grab bag of mixed cotton fabric scraps. You will receive one envelope filled with approximately 45 grams (1.6 ounces) or between 35 and 45 fabric pieces in varying shapes, designs and colours. The sizes range with the smallest being 3cm (1.5in) square. Most pieces are approximately 8x8cm (3x3in) They will not be perfect shapes, but they are in new condition as they're just cut offs from other projects.

Pictures are samples of what may be included in your pack. Variety will change as I work with different fabric.

Most of my items are well packed in recycled plastic shipping wrap. This is a thin, light black plastic wrap (think, food wrap) that with the addition of packing tape make for a waterproof and very protective layer around your items. This also helps cut down on postage costs. If you would prefer a box, please let me know. (boxes make increase shipping costs up to 40%)

I ship to the paypal address only, please make sure your paypal address is correct before purchasing.

I ship with Czech Post's priority international air mail, all orders over $15/£10 will be issued a tracking number. Please note, items sent with tracking may require you to sign for them.

Shipments within Czech Republic take 1-2 business days
To Europe and Middle East - 3-15 business days
To the US and Canada 6-25 business days
To Australia, Asia, Africa and everywhere else 12-35 business days

Please keep in mind that these figures are just from my experience with shipping to these places, it could take longer, so please be patient. If you feel your package has gone astray (exceeding times listed above) please contact me.

Items requiring CN22 (or any other customs declaration forms) will be marked as merchandise and the total amount paid, not including shipping charges, will be notated. In the event HST, VAT, Tax, Custom Fees or any other fees collected by your country are due at time of delivery they are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered or reimbursed by SewinginCz or any of its employees. Failure to pick up your item may result in them being returned to me. Refunds will be given on merchandise only and merchandise refunds are not extended to custom orders or custom prepared items.


Paypal is the only method of payment available to my shoppers, hopefully direct checkout will be extended to Czech Republic soon! Bear in mind, you may pay with a credit card, or your bank account with Paypal.

My prices are posted in my local currency, the Czech Koruna. As the market changes my prices will fluctuate.

Cancellations for instock items: Cancellations are accepted as long as your item has not been shipped. Please keep in mind, items are generally shipped within 1 day, as our post office is open 7 days a week and I generally pack an order, and head out right away.

Payment for custom items: 50% is due once you have settled on material choice and design. The remaining 50% plus shipping will be collected prior to shipping your item(s)

If, for some reason you need to cancel your custom order, you may do so within 24 hours (including weekend days) unless I have already started working on your item. Cancellations will result in a full refund of any monies paid.

I am not VAT registered therefore your purchase will not include any taxes.

Returns & exchanges

Returns for in-stock/non custom items must be requested within 15 days of receipt. Item must be mailed with tracking provided to me within 5 days of return request. All returns must be received in brand new. unwashed, unworn, unused and unaltered condition. Once received, if your item(s) meets the above return criteria a full refund including shipping (buyer is responsible for return shipping) will be granted through the original payment method, within 3 days. Please keep in mind, it does take Paypal some time to process a return once I've made the request (most times it's instant, however).

Under the EU distance selling laws, EU residents will be refunded the entire purchase price, including original shipping costs if they meet the above criteria. If you wish to fill out a purchase withdrawal form for your records, it can be found here: - please note, this form is not required to process a refund. Also note, you will not be reimbursed the shipping cost for returning your items to me.

If your items are returned to me outside of the 60 day paypal return timeline, all seller fees (approximately 11%) and shipping will be deducted from final refund and refund will be sent in the form as a payment, which there may be additional fees collected by Paypal.

Unfortunately there will be no refunds on any custom item*, as they are made with love and care specifically for you. Failure to collect your custom item from the post office, or deny its receipt does not grant a refund. If you are truly disatisfied with your item, please message me, and I will do my best to make it right for you. I want all my customers to have a wonderful experience with me and my shop and be pleased with the items they order.

*Custom items are generally items which require specific measurements (such as cage liners/ramp covers) and cannot be resold. There are few other circumstances in which your item will be considered custom and non-refundable.

Additional policies

Some items are available for wholesale, all wholesale arrangements require a non-refundable 50% down payment for materials and labor.

The remaining 50% plus all applicable shipping and handling fees will be invoiced once the items have been completed.
