Exchanges are not available as gHwc is a Small Business, and a Sustainable one, too. You selected gHwc because we are Earth Friendly and practicing unique production operations! To expect gHwc's policies similar to commercial/corporate businesses is silly - our ethics do not match theirs so why would our policies? To offer an Exchange means the following: we are making an item twice, running machines and electricity twice, paying employees twice, cutting fabric and creating the item twice, shipping twice, etc etc! Wowza, thats a lot of work for the price of one! gHwc would have to raise prices to match the actions needed for an Exchange, or else we would go broke! It's just that simple!
