Products are shipped by USPS & most packages will have a tracking number. Recyled boxes and packing material are used whenever possible.
USA orders: Weight less then 16 oz. will be shipped First Class. Weight over 16 oz will be shipped Parcel Select or Priority Mail. If you need your order quicker, please message me for a new shipping rate.
International orders: Weight less then 4 lbs. will be shipped First Class International. Weight over 4 lbs. will be shipped by Priority Mail International.
HOLIDAY DEADLINES FOR SHIPPING 2017 Shipping within the United States: December 18th is the last day to order to receive the package by Christmas.

Canada International shipping deadline is December 5 to receive a package (less than 4#) by Christmas. Deadline is December 7 for packages (over 4#).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If your purchase arrives broken or you are unhappy with it, a refund will be issued. Refund is purchase price minus shipping cost. Please send product back, along with a note, and I will be happy to issue a refund. Message me if you have any questions.
