Knob Title: Space Flight

Nationally known interior designer & TV personality Nate Berkus has said custom knobs are a GREAT inexpensive way to add some pop to a room. He's right! So many of the interior landscapes today are in shades of grey - or very muted colors. Part of the whole industrial chic look. But those looks are just begging for a little color accent, some CONTRAST. This hand-painted knob provides that POP!

1.5" diameter, (3.8cm), 5/8" deep (as pictured) - $6.75 each
2.25" diameter, (5.7cm), 1" deep - $7.50 each
Includes screw inserts epoxied in and 1" screws

The design is an extension of the themes that drive 90% of my work - Earth is a great place to live, all living things deserve a place on it, and a healthy Earth is our heritage and responsibility as humans. One Planet cared for by One People. Knob designs, generally, were inspired by both the grand, and the miniscule. For example, 'Space Flight' reminds me that our Earth is a child of the Universe, and each of us, in turn, are children of the Earth made, literally, from celestial stardust.

As each knob is hand-glazed, there will be some minor variations.

Both domestic & international shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping time is indicated on each item. The vast majority will ship within 48 hours of purchase (M-F).

Tables typically ship via Greyhound Package Express to your local station. You will be notified by Greyhound upon its arrival at the station. Delivery directly to your residence is possible for an additional charge. Please contact me. Smaller items ship via USPS Standard Post or Fedex SmartPost

Local pickup from my home (free of charge) can be arranged if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Local delivery within 50 miles of my home in San Ramon CA also is available. Please contact me to discuss delivery charges.

I use recycled / repurposed packaging whenever possible. If you need your item to arrive in a new and pretty box, perhaps it's a gift, etc. let me know ahead of time.

Payments

I happily accept PayPal, credit cards, and ETSY gift cards. If you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, you can still choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure.

If you pay with PayPall e-check, please note that your order will NOT SHIP until your e-check has cleared through PayPal. This typically takes 3-5 additional days. If you require your items to arrive quickly, it is suggested that you choose an instant payment option.


Returns & exchanges

I take great pride in my work and I hope that you love the things I create. I accept returns within 7 days on non-custom merchandise. Return the item in undamaged, original condition and I will refund your purchase price. Please note, however, that I will not be able to refund the price of shipping or return shipping.

Please review all photos and convo me with any questions you may have prior to purchase. Additional pictures provided if requested.

I pay for insurance on all shipments. Please make sure to open and inspect your order when it arrives. Keep all original packaging material. If an order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photographs and details of the damage. I may need additional photos and information to proceed with a claim…..Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival……No claims can be made after 48 hours of package arrival.....Damaged items must be returned to me. I will pay return shipping costs. Refunds will be made once claim has been settled by the carrier and damaged item has been returned to me.

Additional policies

CUSTOM ORDERS – I welcome custom orders. A price will be set once your specifications have been discussed. That price quote is good for 30 days. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required AFTER our original discussions and PRIOR to the beginning of design work.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS:
Expect several communications to discuss design theme, color palette, usage of the desired item, etc. (I can work off photos.) Once I have a clear idea of what you want, it may take 1-2 weeks to develop the final design – which must be approved by the buyer. Actual production may take up to 4 weeks (for a bistro table). Possible total elapsed time from first communication to delivery – 6 weeks to 2 months.
Balance of payment due prior to order being shipped out.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I will be happy to enclose a personal note from you to the recipient. Just convo me with what you would like the gift card to say.
