Peel the paper from the back of the label and place it front side down on an ironing board.
Finger press fold lines so that the fabric meets(label will be approx. 1" high). Lay the iron-on adhesive in the center and fold the edges over. Press on both sides of the label, make sure adhesive web is melted. Trim to the width you want with pinking shears or fold under and stitch.

Limit 20 Characters per line, including spaces. Say whatever you want in 3 lines.
Choose font (# 1, #2 etc from example pics in listing) and specify message, line 1, line 2,etc. AT CHECKOUT WITH ***** NOTE TO ARTSYFARTSY *****
