Note that international shipping is far more risky than shipping within the USA. If you have made a purchase and require international shipping, you are taking that chance at your own risk. If an item is lost in transit, I will NOT be held accountable for the loss. Items have been stolen and lost in transit before. Be aware that tracking international postage is not always possible, however, I always keep proof of shipment on hand. Also note that customs can take up to two weeks to sort through items, especially those containing wildlife parts, so be prepared to wait and allow time for items to arrive if purchasing them for a special occasion.

I offer refunds if I accidentally ship you the wrong item (but would greatly prefer to just send you the correct item).

I cannot offer refunds damaged, used, or opened products. I cannot offer refunds on card decks that have been opened.
I also don't offer refunds if you didn't read the product listing and ordered something you didn't want ( please read the DESCRIPTION). Or if you decide you don't want or like it AFTER receiving it.
I cannot offer refunds on wholesale orders, or commissioned pieces.
I do NOT accept returns unless the item is damaged due to packing problems, or if there is some kind of mix-up in the orders. I will not replace items lost in the mail, as this is the fault of the mail service, and not me. All returns are due within seven days. I will not pay return shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders can be placed through etsy and paid for with Paypal. For most custom orders, I accept half down to cover supply cost, and the rest is collected upon completion of the project. Supplies cannot be "un-bought" once they are used, so the first half of the payment is non-refundable. Thus, before placing a custom order, please be certain that you are able to complete the transaction before committing to it.
