DOMESTIC ORDERS: I ship domestic packages USPS first class, within 2 business days of payment. However, I often ship next day. I do not insure packages, but if you wish to do so at time of purchase, please let me know. I take care to ensure that items are packaged carefully so they arrive to you in perfect condition.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER: Please note, I CANNOT be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Unfortunately, packages sent via International First Class cannot be tracked. Delivery time frames depend upon your country and location within.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
