To be eligible for refunds or exchanges the customer must inform The Artisan hut via email along with photographs of the damaged goods within 24hrs of receiving the package . The below mentioned circumstances explain how The Artisan hut will follow up on any request for refunds or exchange received from any customer :
1. Artisan hut uses high quality materials and makes sure that all the products are strong and sturdy. Also all the packages will be shipped safely in appropriate boxes or envelopes. But, due to the product type there is always a small chance that they can get minor damages like an embellishment might fall off from it's place or a ribbon knot can open up, etc. Artisan hut will be more than happy to assist it's customer with proper instruction or guidance via email to fix those minor damages.
2. In case of major damages customers will be offered refunds or exchanges. If Artisan hut gets a request from the customer for refund or exchange via email along with pictures of damaged products within 24hrs of receiving the package, then after reviewing the photographs, Artisan hut will decide if the damage is minor and can be fixed with proper instructions and guidance from Artisan hut or the damage is major which makes the customer eligible for refund or exchange of the product.
3. Artisan hut always tries to give enough pictures and description of each and every products so customers can get a very good idea of the products they are buying from Artisan hut. Customers are welcome to contact Artisan hut to get more pictures or information regarding any available products. But once the order is placed and shipped to the customer, and the the customer feels that they don't like the product anymore, then NO refunds or exchanges can happen.
4. Artisan hut will get an approval from the customer for any custom orders or any kind of customization requested by the customer on any products. Once customer approves the product, then Artisan hut will make the item as approved. Once the order is approved by buyer, then NO refunds or exchanges can happen.
