    I don’t typically leave negative reviews on Etsy, but I’m really disappointed in this product. It is cute, but the quality is not there. It is very lightweight & feels cheap. For the $34 I paid, I would expect much better quality. There were several things that are misrepresented. The listing says: “Front edges are meticulously sanded to display a beautiful, profiled edge.” In reality, they are not evenly sanded & the paint is uneven and patchy. • “The sides and back of each frame are painted with premium London Grey paint.” The sides and back are brown, not grey. And the paint is uneven in the back. • “Made with the highest quality materials and built for longevity.” No, it’s actually made out of plywood. The seller also offers to print a picture. I sent a photo & the frame arrived empty. Pretty disappointed.

    Shipped quickly, I even had to change my shipping address and they were very accommodating. Item true to description. The frame fits a little smaller than a 4x4 picture which is a little awkward but it ended up being ok

Brandon Scott Art and Design, LLC is not responsible for incorrect address and/or if product is returned to us, lost, or delayed at Post Office. Returned items will incur further shipping charges not covered by Brandon Scott Art & Design. It will be the customers responsibility to cover any further postage on any returned shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Every order is custom made and begins to be processed upon purchase. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Buyers are responsible to read each listing in full before purchasing any item. We do not refund any type of import taxes.


In event of shipping damage, buyer has 3 days to contact Brandon Scott Art & Design, LLC from the date of delivery. Please send a photo of shipping damage, and we will replace damaged order at no cost to buyer.

If the buyer has accidentally damaged the item, please contact us to discuss a solution.

Incorrect names/spelling/dates:

Although rare, mistakes can happen on personalized items. If you happen to receive a frame with a different spelling or date than what is written in the original buyer's order note, please email us immediately with a photo showing proof of the error. We will replace the item free of charge and send it as soon as possible.

If the buyer has made a mistake regarding personaliztion on the order note and did not realize the error until item has been made/receiving the item, please message us to make arrangements and we will discuss a solution.
