Highly perishable items (grains, plants, food products, seeds etc.) are shipped on Mondays only. Expedited shipping is available upon request. We will ship plants and seeds that do not grow in outdoor conditions in your zone with the expectation that you have a greenhouse or indoor growing space to provide the correct conditions for the plant. LIve plants and perishable items (recalcitrant seeds, grains, etc.) will not be shipped internationally or to any region where they could not survive the journey.
Payment via direct pay. Payment must clear before shipping.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds are not provided on plants, seeds or grains. We ensure that they are healthy when shipped. If damaged in shipping, we will assist you in any way we can in placing a claim with the postal carrier. If you have an issue with anything you have received, please do give us a jingle. We are happy to discuss the issue and how we might make things better.
