We ship in the Order of Paid Invoices...and while our goal is prompt shipment of all orders. However shipping delays can occur during period of High Sales (Spring Planting and Christmas) or due to periods of Severe Weather. We routinely do not ship some plants during the Heat of August. If in doubt as to the specific shipping date of the items you purchased, please send us a note!...

Our Growing Philosophy....We propagate through seedlings, cuttings, and division of well-established plants. We do not use chemicals and allow the plant to establish root systems naturally. This may - or may not - create a smaller plant or a longer growing period than the 'Treated with Nitrogen' plants visible at Big Box Stores.
We do not grow hundreds of any one plant, but prefer to grow hundreds of different plants instead...Numbers of plants are often limited.
We offer many native varieties because we like them and strongly believe that the Heritage of Natives should be retained. We Never collect them from the wild. We grow them from cuttings or seeds from our own Garden and Property.
We ship with excess soil removed from the root system. The roots are wrapped in dampened materials and securely encased in plastic. Each plant is labeled as to the common and botanical names. We ship USPS. We have been using this method for more than 30 years and have found it to be highly reliable...
We routinely ship Plant Materials within the Continental USA. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands require additional shipping costs...and we will create a Designated Listing for your additional shipping and handling costs.
We can not replace or refund Plant, Seed or Cutting material that has been confiscated by a governmental agency...regardless of the reason. We can no longer maintain current information on State Regulations for Live Plant Shipment. It is the Buyer's Responsibility to know when a plant is considered "non-shippable" into their state.
Due to USDA regulations, we ship no plants, seeds, or cuttings to Hawaii.
You do not have to be home to receive your package as we do not require signatures. Neither do we mark the boxes with the contents because this gives the US Postal Service the option of non-delivery if no-one is home.
As soon as the plants have been packed and shipped, the buyer is provided with the Label or Tracking Number. we do follow tracking on our shipped items and consider the sale complete when the Tracking Information indicates the package/box was delivered safely by USPS.
Each Plant Sale is unique for us! Each is hand-inspected and hand-packed for shipment. We do not 'anticipate' shipping or purchase the Shipping Label in advance of Shipment. We carry each box to the United States Post Office for shipment to ensure prompt scanning and shipment...and routinely make trips to the Belton Post Office three days a week.
We are shipping a growing number of Fairy Garden Miniatures and Whimsey Internationally when requested. We have had great success with shipping to the United Kingdom, Iceland, France and Australia. Additional shipping costs may/are required.

Cultural Growing Information...Please ask us if you would like cultural or growing information and we will gladly respond electronically. We will happily oblige upon request ONLY! We do not include growing instructions or invoice in your shipment.
We accept Direct Checkout and PayPal payments.
Growing Consignments, including Quantity Purchases of a Species or Variety, are accepted upon availability. We will gladly create a Designated Listing for your specific plant requests. Full Advance Payment is necessary and Plant Grow Outs are normally based on six-month timelines, sometimes longer due to Adverse Weather Conditions.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All Plant, Seed and Cutting Material is guaranteed Organically Grown and Chemical Free, True to Name and Variation, and Grown Out within our Central Texas Growing Area. We strive to provide Healthy, Well-developed Root Systems that are Viable upon your Receipt of the Plant. Many of our Plants are Uncommon Specialty Plants with Specific Needs...We will gladly provide care guidelines upon request! Thereafter...their Well-being and Care is in your Hands! We strive to build Long-Term relationships...and sincerely hope you will join the ranks of our Repeat Clients.
Please contact us within 24 hours of arrival if your package is somehow damaged due to shipping. Photographic evidence of shipping damage to the plant is requested. We will send replacements when available, credit your account or refund your costs for plants that do not arrive in viable condition.
We find that we cannot be responsible for Replacement Plants under the following conditions: • Lost or misplaced packages once USPS has scanned the package as delivered; • Severe weather or Possible neglect by buyer • Lack of experience or comprehension of the plant's need on buyer's part • Failure to notify us of an issue within 24 hours upon receipt of Package
We want to be notified if you are unhappy with our plants in any way.
We can not provide refunds on non-plant or non-live materials such as Vintage, Fairy Garden Miniatures and Houses, or any of our craft items...Many/most are unique and Hand-crafted.
We Select, Package and Ship all of our Fairy Garden Whimsey Items with Care...and we trust the USPS to deliver the packages promptly and efficiently. To assist in this process, we always purchase tracking information and provide it to the buyer. Once the package has been delivered by USPS, we believe the transaction is complete.
PLANT CONSIGNMENT OR QUANTITY GROW-OUT We Gladly accept Consignments on Growing Out Larger numbers of Specific Plants with pre-payment. Time required for Grow-out varies with the plant and the season. We will gladly root out our Antique Roses upon Consignment...
