Outside the UK - Royal Mail Airmail Shipping is based on weight and Volume
Please feel free to contact me regarding the most amount of fibre I can ship to you for the best cost. Typically it will be around 1700g per parcel.
EUROPE - I can ship 1700g of most fibres to Europe for £17.00 Tracked delivery.
REST OF THE WORLD - I can ship upto 1700g of most fibres for £22.50 Tracked Delivery Please contact me for a personal quote.
Due to Etsy calculations - If you pay more than the Postage and Packaging actually costs, I will refund you.
Any Import Taxes or charges are the buyers responsibility in your country.
I always try to get my items out speedily, you will receive a shipping notification when your order has been packed ready to be sent to you. Many of my items are freshly made for you, such as Batts and Rolags. This is so the fibres are lovely and bouncy when they arrive. This can add a day or so to the processing.

Cheque - If you are in the UK you can send me a cheque. I will hold your order for you for 7 days, if payment is not recieved I will relist and cancel your order. Items will be shipped when the cheque has cleared.
At no point do I view your card details. Your personal information is not held.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Sometimes things just don't go according to plan. Being a craftsperson myself and not just some big store, I understand how important your order is to you, it needs to be right. If you have any issue please get in touch in the first instance and I will do what I can to put things right. Communication is key to a happy sale. If for any reason I have an issue with your order whilst processing it, I will keep in touch.
Under the EU’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting me within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product, rather than at the time he or she purchases it.
Custom made items cannot be returned, I will work with your request, and send photographs of your order before shipping, so you can choose at that point if it is what you want. Once shipped it cannot be returned and no refunds will be given. I think this is fair to both parties. If you do not want your custom order, it will be listed for general sale.
I do try to keep my prices as low as possible, I want everyone to be able to use the best supplies possible as I have a genuine passion for textile crafts, as well as it being a very competitive market as a seller. I also only use top quality fibres, which of course means my costs are higher than standard, but I feel it is worth it. People put a lot of time into their craft work and the final outcome relies on quality supplies.
Hand dyed combed wool top braids - If you would like to order in bulk quantities please get in touch and let me know your requirements. You can choose colours but if you see my work, they all come out differently. I send a photo and if it is to your liking we go ahead, if not you don't have to purchase, as I can just pop them in my shop.
Anything else like handspun work etc please send a convo and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
