Most orders are made within 5-7 business days, although this is not guaranteed. Orders are made on a first come, first serve basis. Processing times are extended during busy seasons. If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request or cancel your order if I am unable. I ship using USPS. Shipping time varies depending on your location, however, most items take between 2-5 business days once the item has been shipped.. I am not responsible for items lost or undelivered once they have shipped. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your packages, please send me a message.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your satisfaction is my main objective! If you're not happy with your purchase please email me so that we can either set up an exchange or replacement item. If a resolution cannot be resolved, I will refund the merchandise price once the item is returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Please note: items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted as returnable. Custom items(names, monograms, etc..) are also non-refundable.
