I endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. During busy seasons, dispatch dates may be extended slightly for handmade products, so please check before you order if you require a fast turnaround.

Shipping times are not guaranteed, and are an estimate only. Please upgrade to express shipping if you need your order guaranteed by a particular date.
Any duties and taxes incurred on orders travelling outside the EU are to be paid by the customer.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns are accepted within 28 days of the order date, for a full refund excluding shipping fees. The customer must pay the return shipping fees and should return any items via an insured shipping method.
Personalised or custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or substantially delayed in the mail.
In the rare instance where a damaged item, or the wrong item, has been received, please get in touch immediately to discuss a replacement or refund.
