Item details

This cross stitch pattern is inspired by the art of tattoos and shows a red rose in full bloom. The red rose is often use as a symbol of love by tattoo artists. The petals are in rich shades of red, surrounded by emerald green leaves.

The design is stitched in DMC Stranded Cotton and is 43 stitches wide x 43 stitches high. When stitched onto 14 count Aida fabric (or 28 count evenweave) it will measure approx. 8cm x 8cm (3.25" x 3.25").

The design fits nicely into a frame that has an aperture of 14cm x 14cm (5.5" x 5.5"). I've framed it here in a cobalt blue frame.

If you don't want to frame your stitching you could make it into a greetings card instead and give it to a loved one. You could use it for a Valentine's Day card!

If you purchase this PDF you will receive files containing:
- Some details about the size of the design and a full colour photo of it as it looks when stitched.
- Some tips on how to begin stitching.
- A chart in full colour with black symbols overlaid.
- A list of the DMC Stranded Cotton threads needed to sew this design.

Please note: This listing is for a downloadable cross stitch pattern - not a finished piece of stitching!

Returns & exchanges

The PDF file is a file that can be downloaded after purchasing it from me. It contains a colour chart with the thread colour key, so that you can stitch up the design for yourself.

Please be aware that when you are purchasing a PDF cross stitch pattern from me you are buying a DIGITAL FILE and NOT a FINISHED PIECE OF STITCHING! (Any stitching shown in the PDF pattern listings are used to show you how the designs will look when stitched up).

If you are purchasing a digital file from me I'm sorry that I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these.

If you ask for a refund because you were expecting to receive a stitched piece of work I'm afraid I won't offer a refund - as it clearly stated on my shop that you are purchasing a DIGITAL FILE.
