Payment must be submitted through Paypal. As per Etsy policy, patterns are not made available for download until payment has cleared.

Returns & exchanges

Due to the fact that patterns are digital files, I do not offer refunds. Please read the description of each listing very carefully and double check your cart before purchasing an item.

Refunds are available for finished products in the case that they arrived damaged, are lost in shipping, or are otherwise unsatisfactory. A refund will be granted if photographic evidence is provided or if there is post office confirmation that the item was lost in shipping.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds as they are made to order.

Additional policies

Custom orders will be priced based on multiple factors including time used to develop and create the product (i.e. hours and minutes) and time given by buyer to complete the pattern (i.e. deadline). An estimate will be given to the buyer before the pattern begins development. I reserve the right to deny any custom order based on complexity or time frame. Custom orders may be sold in the shop at regular price after delivered to the buyer unless the custom pattern contains personal or sensitive information.
