Email us letting us know you'd like us to contact you via phone with your contact information or we can also message you with our phone number so you may call us at your leisure. We are open for calls Daily between 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri and Sat 10am - 2pm no calls or messages are taken on Sundays.
All of the material we use to create costumes are dyed by hand by different manufacturers. The following items will all vary in color - Pareos - ALL feather types - All Hau - All raffia items - All custom costume items The only way to guarantee you will get the exact same color shade in your costumes is to order them all at one time. If you order them separately there is a chance the dye batches will not be identical in shade so your color may vary slightly from your previous purchase.
Yes we offer group or student discounts. For a group discount you must be ordering 5 or more costume items to qualify. For student discounts you must be in a High School or College affiliated Polynesian, Hawai'i, dance or multicultural club etc please contact us for more information on our discount options
We try to answer all of our inquiries within 24 - 72 hours please keep in mind that if you keep sending multiple messages your inquiry will automatically go to the very top of the message thread and it will reset your place in the que to last(most recent). We go in order of the messages received and start at the bottom of the message list and work our way up to the top to the most recent inquiries. Why does it take us so long to answer? We are a small business located in Hawai'i our primary focus is getting your costumes made as fast as possible we make that our first priority. We love our clients we are not ignoring you! we are just making your costume and will respond to your inquiries as soon as we can. We thank you for your patience
In all of our costume orders we include a "How to care for your costume" information card. On this card is loaded with tips and tricks on how to properly care for your costume. Each costume is different and can be stored and handled differently we have loaded this card with general care information for all of our belt styles. Love your costume! the better you care and treat it the longer it will last you.
Any international order is subject to inspection by the U.S federal fish & wildlife dept. They inspect ALL of our international shipments and take 2 days to complete their inspection paperwork. If they do not clear your shipment we cannot ship it. Shipping for international addresses are First class international mail only (3 - 4 weeks). For items over 4 pounds we ship through USPS priority international mail which is 10 business day shipping. These shipping times are NOT guaranteed and do not include customs inspections as well as U.S fish and wildlife Dept inspection times. Any international order that is placed is NOT guaranteed delivery by a certain date. If you need your item by a certain event date make sure you plan accordingly.
International buyers are responsible for all customs and duties fees for any international shipment. Any shipment containing over 25 shell pieces will not pass U.S fish & wildlife inspections shell export inspections and will be subject to a $99 export fee by the U.S fish and wildlife Dept. for your package to be cleared for shipping
