What a delightful ribbon! Alternating red and white stripes run along the length of this vintage acetate ribbon. The hand is light and crisp and the ribbon falls into soft cones. It measures 2 15/16" wide.

This ribbon would be a perfect accent for a 1790s costume! Consider a generous length wrapped twice around the waist and trailing to the floor. It is a perfect addition to a revolutionary's dress, for a chemise dress, or later for a Regency dress.
