**Shipping custom pieces will be invoiced separately based on the clients "to" address.
**Transit damage ... you have 2 days to let us know if an item is damaged during the shipment, if you don't do it in that period of time we are not responsible of any damage. If the shipping company try to delivery 3 times the item to your place we won't be responsible of any damage. If an item is damage unfortunately we have to wait for our shipping company to review the case. at which time we will work with you directly to manage the remediation options available.
In this case - we will need your help to provide pictures of the damage, and the packaging ( bubbles, foam, etc) . Please do not fully unwrap a damaged item, nor throw away the packaging because if you do it, we can't make the claim, and we won't be responsible for any damage
For custom projects/requests, a 50% deposit is due to start the project. The remaining balance, shipping included, is due upon time of shipment/delivery.
For normally stocked items, payment in full with shipping costs are due upon purchase.
Returns & exchanges
**To begin a custom project, we require a 50% deposit that is non refundable. Due to the custom nature of the majority of our products sold, the deposit generally covers the major cost of materials required to complete each project as well as a small amount of labor required to begin the project.
**All sales are final.
**Please be aware Arthur's Best does not process returns or refunds on custom pieces of any kind. We will however work with you to make any alterations that may be necessary.
