1940's Rayon Navy Dress with Polka Dots and Peplum.
This stylish 1940's peplum dress is of a rayon material adorned with pearl buttons down the front. White polka dots trim the sleeves and peplum although there are some places where there is a slight discolouration (see third photo for example). It does not distract though. There are small shoulder pads giving the shoulders some shape when worn. Besides the slight discolouration in the polka dots, there is a tiny hole right in the middle top of the back. See the last photo for details. It appears as someone stitched it back together but now has come apart. This is very tiny and could be sewed back together.
Measurements (Taken while lying flat): Bust: 20" Waist: 17" Hips:21.5" Length: 42" (There is also a little bit of stretch but not much)
