FLAT RATE SHIPPING COST TO ALL ORDERS - 4USD/EUR We ship 1 Class Airmail from Slovakia (European Union). All packages to US, Canada, Australia and non-EU countries have tracking number and require signature on delivery. Most packages within EU also have tracking with signature required. You can check tracking info and status via Etsy in your purchase details. You can also contact us and we will help you with tracking it! Estimated SHIPPING TIMES United States: 12-25 business days (2-4 weeks) Europe: 10-25 business days (1-4 weeks) Canada: 18-25 business days (3-4 weeks) Australia, New Zealand and other: 18-25 business days (3-4 weeks) Shipping cost consists of - actual shipping price+packaging cost.
Our prices is VAT included. If you are a VAT holder, please, contact us before purchase! However our prices don't include any other local taxes. Please, be aware that you may pay these duties and taxes to get the package.
Sometimes packages can come later due to customs delays, weather conditions etc, we are not responsible for them. Also during Christmas season post can be slow( Please, allow 4-6 weeks for parcel to come. For Canada and Australia it can be up to 2 month time.
If you make multiply orders - we don't combine them automatically. If you would like them to be combined - please, make a note in Comments to order or via Etsy convos.
No, we don't make paper invoices - we try to preserve and take care of our nature. In case you need such invoice, please, leave a note in Comment field to your order.

Also if we get package back as Unclaimed by customer we will issue a refund for beads minus ACTUAL shipping cost which in most cases is higher than our special Flat Fate offer.
If you have RETURN customer discount coupon code you cannot use it for discounted items. It will not summarize discounts but turn 30%off and 50%off back to original prices. You can make separate orders for discounted prices (without REPEAT coupon code) and regular priced items (with REPEAT customer code). Please, write in comments to us to combine your orders and refund shipping.
You can cancel order within 3 hours after purchasing. You need to contact us via ETSY convo only (other channels like email are not suitable for sending cancellation requests).
