International shipping note: I can send up to 8 ounces for the same postage outside of the US. That usually means that I can send two Vogue large envelope patterns for the same shipping fee and up to three small envelope patterns for the same fee. Please email if you would like me to make a custom listing for you. If you purchase 'as listed', I will refund the excess postage promptly!
We generally use the USPS, First Class mail, when possible, and use lightweight (but durable) shipping materials to save on postage. We do not include a printout of your order to minimize weight and also to save paper.
Insurance is optional.
We have had very good luck, (so far, knock wood) with our packages arriving, but we cannot be responsible after we tender the package to the post office.
We try to ship the next business day after payment is received through Paypal and money orders. We reserve the right to ship after payment by personal check clears.
Payment is generally expected within 7 days, however, please contact us to request different arrangements.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We cannot be responsible for loss if insurance is not purchased. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, minus shipping fees within 30 days. If we have inadvertently erred in the description of the item or condition, we will refund the shipping costs upon receipt and confirmation of the issue.
