Shipping: Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment is received. Express post is available for Australian Orders, please request it through messages if you do not see it available for your listing.
International orders: Please note Shipping & Handling does not include Duties, Local Taxes or any other importation Fees.
Delivery time: We are located in Australia. Orders placed in Australia with standard post are usually delivered within 2-8 working days. International Orders can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you received a faulty item, or a product different to what you have ordered from us, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement for you ASAP. Some items may need to be returned to us in original unused condition to receive a refund/replacement.
