The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All Items are inspected before they leave my home. All designs are made to order therefore all items are considered custom since customers can choose the color or size that the item is ordered in. Designs may have slight color differences do to monitors or screen variations. Returns will not be excepted do to color differences or customer change of mind. Returns will be excepted do to flaws in the towels or aprons. ( holes, rips, stains) Flour sack towels will have natural flaws and therefore are not included in the return policy except for rips or stains.
Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
