All orders, including custom orders, must be paid in full before anything is made. I accept payment via PayPal and Etsy direct check out.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within the first 24 hours of ordering. If your item has not been made yet, I will fully refund the cost of the item(s) plus shipping.
Returns & exchanges
REFUNDS: If an item is personalized, NO REFUNDS are to be made unless there is an error on my part. I will need to see a photo as evidence of the error before I remake any items.
LOST PACKAGES: 1250 Designs is not responsible for any lost packages.
DAMAGE: For any items that are damaged upon delivery, I will need to see a photo as evidence of the damage on the same day it was delivered to you. If the item is damaged from something other than shipping (such as a pet or misuse of the item), I will not be able to resend another item.
DECALS: 1250 Designs is also not responsible for any decals that are applied crooked or have bubbles once placed on an item by the customer. All decals will include application instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully...decals can be very finicky!
NOTES TO SELLER: Please include all information requested in each listing in the "Notes to Seller" section before checking out. If you leave out any information in this section prior to ordering, I will message you and ask for the information. If I do not receive a response after 1 week, I will cancel your transaction. This information is vital for efficient processing time.
