We shipped directly from San Francisco, California (estimate 2-3 weeks delivery.)
We will confirm your order and ensure that the shipping address is correct once the order is placed. If the shipping address is incorrect, it could result in lose or delayed packages.
Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation will be sent to you through email.
PROCESSING As soon as you summit your payment, we will begin to process your order for shipment. We process new orders during regular business hours from Monday - Saturday. Once we begin to process your order, your package will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days from San Francisco, California. We currently only ship our items within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

Refunds and Exchanges I make every effort to accurately describe my products, but please note that the colors on your device might differ slightly from the colors in my original printed works.
REFUNDS Please send us at Etsy conversation or email me at email@example.com within (5) days of receiving your order, as we are happy to discuss refunds for items returned to us in their original/re-sellable condition. Please note that while I will refund you the original purchase price, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs that result from a return.
LOST PACKAGES For lost packages that cannot be tracked through the provided USPS tracking number (make sure you have allowed a little extra time to account for weather /holiday delays), please send us an Etsy conversation or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to locate your package. If the package remains lost, we will discuss next steps regarding a refund and some assistance I may need from you to file an insurance claim.
DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is damaged upon arrival, please send me an Etsy conversation or email me at email@example.com within (3) days to discuss next steps regarding a refund.
